Hi everyone, and welcome to Episode 97!

Looking for amazing coffee beans? Peggy Coffee in Nagoya has you covered!

Recently, my friend recommended this place for coffee beans. I went last Sunday and was so impressed that I decided to make an episode about it.
Incredible service and a sampling bar make it fun and easy to choose the right beans.

It's also a great touch the way they include little information cards with every coffee you buy.

Usually, I don't like making point cards, but I instantly knew I'd be coming back for more, so I decided to get one made. If you're not in Nagoya or you can't wait till the next time you visit, check out their online store. Link below.

And don't forget, at the end of every episode there's a Word of the Day!

Episode Highlights

Trying the Top Shelf Stuff

This was a really special bean, and it was at the top of the recommendation list: Colombia Buenos Aires Thermal Shock Natural.

I'm not sure if it's always available, because it says "Limited" on the website, so if you have the opportunity to get some, give it a shot - especially if you're into light roasts. A really unique flavor profile!

Info Cards with Every Coffee

Although I'm a coffee enthusiast, I still really appreciate it when additional information is available.

Knowing more about the products you're buying really enhances the experience and adds to the pleasure, in my opinion.

I ended up buying the top three beans listed on their recommendations. So far, they've all been great, but I haven't tried the Rwanda yet.

Keep an eye on my X feed for when I do. I usually make little videos about my morning adventures, along with the hashtag #brewzassu
